Licensing

The Licensing Act 2003 is in force.

Our licensing department can advise you on the new legal process involved. We can arrange licenses for any premises selling or supplying alcohol, providing late night refreshment. We can apply on your behalf for Personal Licenses, Premises Licenses, Variation of Licenses or Gaming Licenses.

We will also deal with objections by Police or other authorities, local residents and provide representation at hearings before the licensing committee and on appeal at Court.
