We see the issuing of proceedings as a last resort and in our experience a letter before action, written promptly, can often have the desired effect.

In a case where a number of debts must be collected in court, we can arrange fees on a scale in line with those recoverable under the County Court rates.

However, once all other avenues have been explored, we are willing and able to use the full power of the law to extract full payment without delay. This includes the use of enquiry and tracing agents if necessary.
